Terms & Conditions for Your Say Survey

Welcome to Your Say Surveys. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Your Say Surveys website (the “Site”) and any services provided by Your Say Surveys (also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or its services.

Use of Services

You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for internal business purposes.
You may view, download, and print Content provided by us solely to understand and improve organisational experiences.
You may not:

Fees & Payment

Certain Services require payment in AUD. Pricing is subject to change; existing subscriptions are unaffected by mid-term price updates.
You must keep billing information accurate. Unpaid fees may lead to suspension of Services. You’re responsible for any collection costs if payments are overdue.

Privacy & Data Security
